He is the first Indian to be selected as a Fellow of the Combustion Institute. Prof. Sudarshan Kumar has been conferred this distinguished fellowship?for his outstanding?contributions to applied research in the field of Flameless/mild combustion and accurate measurement of laminar burning velocity high pressure and temperature conditions.
